Dear Phyllis,
I had such good intentions of sending a formal thank you note to fully convey how much your day with us was appreciated. However, between Alex needing stitches the night we returned, Andrew's 2nd birthday party, packing the house to have it on the market by 2/15 (aah!!), and a postal increase... all good intentions have gone by the wayside. I'm hoping the less-personal e-mail will suffice this one time!

Truly, we could not have had a better experience. We cannot get over how much was accomplished in three very efficient hours. We not only have a "hit list" of neighborhoods to watch, but most importantly we have utter confidence in you as our long-distance guide through this relocation. Thank you for your patience and good humor. We can't wait to put Michigan behind us and get off to our wonderful life in Raleigh!
