This November, President Obama has offered relief to homeowners struggling with their mortgages. By signing The Worker, Home Ownership, and Business Assistance Act he has substantially expanded the amazingly popular home buyer’s refundable tax credit. The credit is to be extended to April 30, 2010.  This Act will substantially increase the income phase-out levels and certain long-term homeowners will enjoy expanded credit. This new act should dramatically help Raleigh, North Carolina potential homebuyers buy houses by extending the deadline for the successful 8,000 tax credit program.
