Happy Halloween!Sunday is the day for ghost and goblins in all shapes and sizes to knock on your door for a treat. Hopefully you will not be one of the ones that receives a trick. Please be safe. Only go to supervised events or areas in which you are very familiar. I am in and out of homes everyday and I must say some of them definetly look haunted but not in the sense of the word haunted. You must keep an immaculate home when it is on the maket in Raleigh, Wake County and surrounding areas. You have lots of competition and if your home is cluttered, beds unmade, dishes in the sink, childrens toys everywhere, pet odor, generally  not clean, lawn not manicured, etc. the potential buyer will be turned off and go to the next home. Remember you only have once chance for a first impression.
